About Me

Hey there! I'm Monique, your Purpose Strategist, here to guide you on an incredible journey of self-discovery and empowerment. As a Certified Master Life Coach, I have dedicated myself to helping women like you find their true calling and align their lives with their God-given purpose.

With a strong foundation in the Metro Detroit area, I am not only a devoted wife and mom of two amazing girls but also hold a degree in Psychology and Applied Behavior. Before diving into the world of coaching, I spent nine years working in behavior therapy, gaining invaluable insights into the human mind and behavior.

But let me be honest with you. A decade ago, I hit rock bottom. I had endured countless challenges - family dysfunction, domestic violence, delayed high school graduation, and failed relationships - all of which burdened me with limiting beliefs. These beliefs tainted my self-perception and hindered me from reaching my full potential. I lived a life riddled with setbacks, failures, fears, a lack of direction, and a constant feeling of unworthiness.

It was during this critical time that I made a life-changing decision to surrender to God's plan. This led me on a transformative journey of self-discovery and healing. God began to rebuild me spiritually, helping me identify and reframe those limiting beliefs that had held me captive for so long. I learned to set meaningful goals, take bold action toward my dreams, and embrace and utilize my unique gifts.

Since then, I have blossomed into an entrepreneur, a self-published author, and a proud first-generation college graduate. But my journey doesn't end there. Now, I am driven by a burning passion to empower, encourage, and equip women of faith, just like you, with the tools they need to rise up and confidently walk in their God-given purpose.
